On this fine and sunny Sunday night, we had a camp fire cook out dinner.
Everyone, very particular about the marshmallow.
So, I ask you this..
How do you like your marshmallow toasted...
..slow, browned, burnt to a crisp, barely nude, filled with Baileys, squished between chocolate..
think about it and let me know.

I find that marshmallow toasting is such an ephemeral hit or miss moment that I’m sure entire books have been written on the subject. I end up having the same expression as your chicken!
I prefer mine slow roasted, crispy on the outside and deliciously gooey on the inside...yum! Thanks for the reminder to fire up our fire pit!

I thought I liked them burnt, but I guess I have not had a campfire marshmallow that I don't like ;)
